Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility
Eligible products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, unexpired, in original packaging with the safety seal intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Window
Contact us within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery to request a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened products, products with broken seals, used products, gift cards and items marked final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit remedies for products received damaged, incorrect or expired.
Damaged Incorrect or Expired Orders
Report a damaged, incorrect or expired-on-arrival item within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs when practical so we can review the issue.
Refund Process
Approved returns must be sent using the instructions provided by support. After the return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. When appropriate, support may arrange a replacement for an item received damaged, incorrect or expired.
Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns. Hoangbao covers reasonable return or replacement shipping when we confirm that the delivered item was damaged, incorrect or expired.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of ordering or before fulfillment begins, whichever occurs first. Once an order enters fulfillment or ships, the return rules apply.
